With measurements taken directly from an original vintage guitar, these templates make it easy to build your own version of the instrument that changed music forever.
We love working on vintage instruments! We've been meticulously measuring every inch, curve, and detail to bring you these incredibly accurate routing templates. When we got our hands on a beautiful vintage Stratocaster we knew we had to share it with the world.

While the body template includes the router guides for the traditional three single-coil pickups, you can build your Strat to fit your style. We also made companion templates for humbucker/single-coil/humbucker (H/S/H) and universal or "swimming pool" routing options.
2394 Full Template Set
Includes body (set of 2) and neck templates.
2392 Body Set
Includes two full sized templates with body shape, neck pocket, control cavities, wiring channel, traditional three single-coil pickup cavities, jack, and bridge location.
2393 Neck
Includes full sized neck template with headstock and nut location.
2383 H/S/H Pickup Template
Includes template for humbucker/single-coil-humbucker pickup configuration.

Get precision cuts every time
We recommend using Double-stick Tape to keep the templates in place. Align the body template's centerlines with those drawn on your wood and tape in place. The Bosch Colt Router and Router Bits make it easy to get clean and precise cuts.
