Time-saving tools for clean, accurate truss rod installation: router bit for cutting the neck channel, and our custom piloted reamer for cutting the adjustment access hole.
Router bit for neck channel: cuts a 1/4"-wide x 3/8"-deep channel in multiple passes. 1/4" shank.
Piloted reamer for access hole: cuts an accurate 7/16"-diameter access hole for adjusting the low profile truss rod. Faster and easier than using drill bits and files, with clean professional results. 1/4"-shank.
These tools are specially designed for Hot Rod Low-profile Truss Rods.
