StewMac Pocket Stand

About This Item

Never break a headstock again!
Have you had the terror of a headstock break when your guitar slipped? How many times have you gone to a jam or gig and found no safe place to rest your guitar between sets? Tired of dents and dings on the back of your guitar's neck?

No longer! The StewMac Pocket Stand will literally save your neck. It's easy, throw it in your gig bag and you've always got a solid place to lean your guitar (or bass). It's cheap insurance against expensive repairs and heartbreak.

Safe and simple peace of mind
The StewMac Pocket Stand turns any flat surface into a rugged stand. It's made of finish safe (even nitro!) heavy padded plastic with internal metal weights to stay in one place. The bottom has a high grip exterior to lock onto surfaces like a chair, table, amp, anything flat you can find.

Bonus! In a pinch, the handy shape works as a convenient neck support that'll work on any bench or table top. Use it to change strings or other simple jobs. Given how convenient it is, there's no reason not to keep a few in your gig bag, car, or case.

Grab a Pocket Stand and jam anywhere.

Wish I had this years ago!

I first saw this and thought why do I need that? I have tons of guitar stands and this is an overpriced Gimmick. Wrong!!

I got a phone call and proper my new Fender Ultra against my desk only to accidentally bump it and I barely saved it from hitting the floor. I bought this immediately and don’t regret it. Now I put it in my desk next to me at all times. If I need to take a call I have no problem setting it in this gadget. I’ve also found that I practice more because it’s at hands reach and I can grab it for some quick scales or to noodle around while reading emails or anything that doesn’t require my hands. Now any surface of the right height becomes a safe guitar stand.

Works fine up against an amp. Nice for bench or table top work also.

Handy little stand. Fits right in compartment in my bass case. Place on top of my amp and I have a stand for my bass without having to carry one along to gigs.

Allowed me to remove some stands from my practice area. Have not tried it for a bench yet, just an amp and a shelf.

A handy stand or neck rest. I didn't know how it would work but it works great for a solid body. I should have ordered a pair and saved a few bucks. I like to tilt my amp back so it won't work there but there's always plenty of things to lean it on. Right now it's on the end table by the TV remote. I can grab the guitar quick and play along with whatever's on the tube. Commercials especially are fun - it's good ear training.

I bought these to use one at work and one at home. Yes- it works great at my work desk! I used the other at home on my work bench to do some guitar repair/service. Does exactly what the description says! I would be cool if it had a small tray on it for picks :')

Not only can it prop a guitar up against an amp but it is great to support the neck when working on a guitar. I use an electric string winder when changing strings and it is great for that as well.

Essentially a much less bulky and space saving portable guitar or equivalent instrument stand. You just need any horizontal surface of the correct height to use it.
