Cryogenically-treated hardware
Going one step further, each piece is cryogenically frozen or "cryrocated", exposing the hardware to extremely low temperatures (-292°F/-180°C) which shortens the relicing process and stabilizes the metal. GuitarSlinger states that the treated hardware has richer harmonics and higher conductivity.

Late 50s style
These knurled ferrules have been used on countless Telecasters for decades. They're perfect for press-fit installation, with the strings mounting through the body of a non-tremolo solidbody guitar.
Tip: Drill 1/8" (3.00mm) diameter string holes through the guitar body for all ferrules. Our String Ferrule Installation Tool makes it easy to install these cleanly and accurately with your drill press.
