Damaged or Defective Items: If your order was damaged in transit, save the original carton, packing material and the damaged goods.
Missing Items: If something is missing from your order, please check your invoice for backorders or partial shipments.

Returns are simple: There's no time limit, and no authorization number is required.

  • Download our return form, or use the form printed on the packing slip that came with your order. Include this form with your returned merchandise.
  • Ship the package by your preferred method to the address below (no CODs accepted). Remember to get a tracking number, since the package is your responsibility until we receive it.

WOODSTAX items must be returned in original, unworked condition for a full refund or exchange.
