TRANSPARENT CLEAR TOP COAT

Formulated especially for a vinage appearance.
Traditional high gloss additive-free formula, similar to what Gibson and Fender were using in the 50s and 60s (contains no plasticizers). The finish dries rigid and will check naturally over time. The speed of evaporation and melting between coats separates it from other nitro based lacquers and allows for a more noticeable gloss effect and a greater vibration of the wood.

  • Less plastic effect on the finish of your guitar, with little elasticity and faster aging than traditional nitrocellulose.
  • Temperature changes will produce crazing on its surface, with much finer and more natural lines than those produced by Relic lacquer.
  • Finish will yellow over time depending on the environment the instrument is exposed to.
