Rolling Pin Sander V2
If you've ever leveled the sides of an acoustic guitar the old-fashioned way – with wood blocks, dowels, and sandpaper – you know it's a long, slow, sweaty job and one of the least fun parts of building. However, getting the sides dead flat is absolutely essential for routing clean, accurate binding channels.
With the ELEVATE Rolling Pin Sander V2, a job that used to take hours can be handled in minutes. Chuck it in a standard handheld drill, control the speed, and sand the sides quickly to a flat surface across the full width in a fraction of the usual time.
Not just for binding prep
The Rolling Pin Sander is also great for cleaning up the inside of acoustic guitar sides before gluing in blocks and linings, refining neck-heel profiles, and adding ergonomic contours like belly cuts and Strat-style arm bevels on electric bodies. It's a versatile shop helper you'll keep reaching for again and again.
Built for precision
The V2 drum is machined from aluminum for balance and durability, and it includes a scribe line that makes abrasive changes fast and repeatable.

Premium PSA Sandpaper (it's sticky!)
These pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) rolls are premium-quality aluminum oxide grit with a zinc stearate coating which prevents dust particle buildup, increasing the life of each strip. One 80-grit strip is provided with the Rolling Pin. Rolls sold separately.
