These pickups are built on Lollar’s acclaimed 1960s-style Jazz Bass foundation, but with a twist.
Working closely with Jason and his team, we tweaked the windings for a stronger midrange presence, improved note clarity, and a slightly more aggressive attack – while preserving the tight lows and singing highs that define a great J-bass.
