Seamless, intuitive blending
The Emerson Pro CTS Blender Pot has a custom audio taper specially designed for smooth and accurate response. Wire it to replace your Strat® middle pickup tone control, and smoothly blend your neck or bridge pickup into the mix at the 1, 2, 4 and 5 switch positions.

Get raw "no-load" sound
Add a full-throttle, no-load option by replacing your tone pot. Dial this pot up to 10, and it's removed from the circuit completely. Hear the full presence of your pickups, unaffected by loss of highs from your tone circuit. The capacitor and the pot are added back in smoothly as you roll off the control. The Pro Blender/No-load Pot has no detent, so the feel is click-free. This requires no special wiring, simply swap the pots.
