Rob Cunningham: I'm Rob from D'Addario, and this is the clip on headstock tuner, the tuner that allows you to quickly flip, tune, and play. The clip on headstock tuner is the improved version of our original large format headstock tuner with some great new added features. The tuner now features a large multi-color flip up display that automatically turns the tuner on. This allows you to enter tuning mode quickly and effortlessly without a single push of a button. The display's 360-degree rotation allows you to find a perfect viewing angle while the spring loaded clip stays firmly in place.

Once you are finished tuning, simply flip down the display and the tuner will automatically power off to reserve battery life. The tuner can also be powered on and off manually using the power button. Pressing the flip button rotates the display 180 degrees for the proper viewing orientation from mounting to tuner on the front or rear of the headstock. While the calibration buttons offer a wide calibration range of A 410 to A 480. The headstock tuner is not just for guitars, it works equally great on six, seven, and eight string guitars, four, five, and six string basses, ukuleles, banjos, mandolins, and other stringed instruments. This is the clip on headstock tuner by D'Addario.
