Materials you need to get started
- Low adhesive tape
- Chapstick, soap, or wax
- Pliers
- Ruler
- #2 Phillips head screwdriver
- 7/64" drill bit
Step-by-step guide to installation
- Remove existing strap button
- Drill hole using a 7/64" bit 7/8" (22.225MM) deep
- Coat screw threads with wax for smooth screw rotation
- Screw in Straplok, gently hand-tighten
- Push locking pin through recessed washer and strap hole
- Groove must completely clear hole
- Slip washer over locking pin exposing grooves
- Snap retainer clip into shank groove
