Okoume Paint-grade Body Blank
A new exotic tonewood for a fantastic price! Ready for shaping and bandsawing, these Okoume (Aucoumea klaineana) blanks are a fantastic alternative to Mahogany.
Each blank is 3-4 pieces and sized for electric guitar. These blanks have a few minor imperfections (pin knots, color streaks, etc.) making them perfect for opaque finishes.
Makers like the Fender Custom Shop, Jackson, and Charvel love Okoume for its dynamic and balanced tone and Mahogany-like grain.

About Okoume
With beautiful luster and light weight (it's been used for decades in boat and airplane building) Okoume is ideal for electric guitars. Sonically, it's similar to Mahogany, but with a brighter high end and more dynamic range. It glues easily and finishes very well.
