About Black Limba (Terminalia superba)
Coming from West Africa, Black Limba's colors range from honey gold to brown with distinct streaks of grey, black, and brown interlocking grain lines. When stained, it's easy to highlight the grain for unique look. The wood machines easily, and has very small pores. Some builders choose to fill the pores to add some additional visual appeal.
