Neck Cauls for Jaws Fret Press, Pre-2017
In 2017 we revised our popular Jaws Fret Press, adding quick-change neck cauls to fit a variety of necks. With this set, you can add this versatility to your earlier version of Jaws.
Quick-change neck cauls
These four padded neck support cauls will cradle any neck:
- Standard for guitar and bass
- Flat for bolt-on neck heels
- Wide for classical guitar
- Narrow for ukulele, mandolin and banjo
Remove and replace
Remove the neck caul on your earlier Jaws by driving out the roll pin holding it on. Watch the video to see how the new cauls are used and how to retrofit your Jaws (pre-2017). That's all it takes! Your Jaws is now ready to fit these quick-change cauls.
These cauls are sized to fit Jaws presses built prior to 2017, and will not fit our current Jaws Fret Press.
