Not sure what to say or how to rate these...

Hmmm. Not sure how to rate these. They're a drop-in replacement, but the ferrules are too tall for a standard Epiphone acoustic guitar headstock, so I had to rework them thinner. Doing that removes the plating, exposing the brass base metal.

I had to do this because the post holes to feed the strings through are so low they were blocked by the ferrules. After my rework, the barely clear the string.

They're locking tuners, but pretty unrefined. You have to tighten the post-end locking screw with a coin. The slot is machined with a radius. Use a flat blade screwdriver on them, not so good. Other locking tuners (PRS comes to mind), use a locking screw with a wider knurled head so you can simply hand-tighten the lock. Duh.

They're vintage-looking in design, but the plastic heads are pretty not great. There are burrs from the molding process that are sharp...I had to fix these, then flash heat with a torch to smooth the deburred spots.

They do drop right in and use the existing original holes to mount them, So far, they tune OK and show no play, but they're not great.

In all fairness, I generally use Gotoh 510s or Schaller tuners. They are more expensive, but there's not even any comparison at all, not even to Grover tuners, which were the industry standard years ago. I bought these to replace the stock tuners in a cheap but very nice Epiphone acoustic because they looked the same as the vintage-style stock tuners, not because of price. And I wanted locking tuners.

In summary, there's nothing really wrong with them, I guess...but they're just very average...
