Tall taper 3/8" to 7/16" (9.53mm to 11.11mm)

For use at the bridge position on instruments with a Gibson® bridge, and are too tall for Fender bridges.

Each mounting ring has a flat (non-arched) bottom, and must be trimmed or sanded to match an arched guitar top. Sold individually.

Color-matching Cream Parts and Bindings
There have always been slight variations in the color of the cream plastic parts used on Gibson and other guitars. It's not uncommon to see brand new and vintage guitars with bindings, pickup rings, toggle switch rings and pickguards that don't perfectly match in color. We do our best to match all our cream products, but there's no absolute control from batch to batch, or from supplier to supplier.

Not really a drop in replacement

These were a little larger than my epiphone's old, cracked pickup rings. I had to drill new holes.

Great Service

When the US Postal Service was slowed down by Donald Trump, and my delivery was delayed, StewMac rose to the occasion and sent me a new delivery using FedEx, which arrived in 2 days! Other guitar parts companies would never do that. I waited 2 weeks for a small envelope from Guitar Parts Factory, (UG!) but StewMac got me my parts in less than half that amount of time! Thank you StewMac!

Didn’t quite fit

2018 LP Tribute. The stock rings are contoured to fit the body carve, these are not. They still went on and are a bit taller than my stock rings. Works, but not a perfect fit.

Perfect for my PRS Custom

By

I originally purchased OEM PRS pickup rings from an Amazon store. They claimed they were universal but did not work with my 89 PRS Custom. PRS customer service was useless. I ordered these rings for about 1/3 the price and they work perfectly. I don't understand why shipping prices are always so high with StewMac but, I keep coming back.

Excellent replacement for Les Paul

By

Old original rings were cracked and warped. Watched the excellent Stew Mac video on prepping the new rings before install and they turned out great. Instead of snippers to trim the arch in the ring I used a Dremel and then a razor. Light, fine sanding using the guitar top as the block and they fit great.

Excellent transaction! I tried 3 times elsewhere to find these. I'll be back to buy some tools and supplies.

For Gibson Les Paul

By

These are the ones you need for a Gibson Les Paul. They're very good. They are flat bottom, not curved. They are not meant to be sanded down on the bottom to be contoured to the guitar top. (That's how Epiphones are) These are just screwed down. They curve as you screw them down from the pressure. And the bezel top has a curve to it after it's screwed down. Many people don't realize this is the proper way Gibson Les Paul bezels are installed.
