The original plastic ring cracked. This was a direct replacement. Good looking and solid part. No chance of this ever needing replacement again. Impressive. Easy installation with included hardware.

I bought these pickup surrounds because I am building a T-style quilt top guitar and I didn’t want to cover up any more wood thanI have to. I am also using a top loading bridge and no pick guard. These surrounds are perfect for this project.
