The MXR Phase 90 has a magical swirling sound that adds a subtle depth to your tone. The vintage "script" logo models had a much warmer and more organic tone than the later "block" logo versions. With just a few solder joints, you can experience both effects.
You don't need a new pedal! Mod your Phase 90 to sound how YOU want. It's easier than you think to get both sounds of your Phase 90. When you install the mod, you'll have a switch to change between modes to pick the right setting for you. It's like getting a vintage pedal for free!

Note: This mod is only intended for MXR "block logo" Phase 90 pedals released before 2008. Pedals with "REV. E" printed on circuit board will need the 1/4" hole drilled in a different location.
