The 5881WXT is known as stock tube in many recent Fender amps but we would recommend it rather for hard rock and lower tuned guitar playing.
The popular TAD 5881WXT is a dependable 6L6GC type tube with more modern and aggressive character. Slightly less power than a 6L6GC but with special bite in the upper mid range which help you cut through the mix.
