A Must for a Tele build.

I build a lot of Classic and Modern Teles and this is a very inexpensive and easy install to expand the tones of your build.

Top Quality Switch

Worth every penny. I've used this switch on 3 guitars so far with fantastic results. Love the 4th position for series option or can be used for something else.

Great switch may need to widen plate slot

Nice quality switch and switching positions feels great. I previously had a cheap knob that did not fit as tight as the ones provided here.

NOTE: I had to use a Dremel and widen the control plate slot by a few mm. If you can't get position 1 to work it's not a faulty switch. The 4-way travel is slightly greater than a CRL 3-way. You can also file down the blade itself.

In the photo you can see the switch under the widened slot which allows the blade to travel further

I like it!

I was upgrading an SS Squier mexi-Tele for a friend and one of the new mods was this switch. The series setting has louder output and is punchy. Like a humbucker, noise levels were very low when engaged.

Now I wish I hadn't sold my tele copy a few years back, this would have made it my favorite axe.

Go for it

I installed this mod on my guitar teacher's Tele and he's in love with it.

His bandmates also loved the extra bite that his leads gave to certain numbers when they did a gig the night after I did the install.

I plant to do more of these.

It's nice to have these available.

A four-position two-banger switch of Oak Grigsby quality in the standard form factor makes stuff possible you can't do otherwise. You could do a few more magic tricks if it was three poles, but that would make the switch fat and the market probably drops off very quickly the more esoteric you get.

Kudos to Stewmac for making these available at a reasonable price.

Novel idea

Wanted the series option, this switch does it. Had to route the control cavity a little deeper for it, but easily done.
