I'm not sure if it's the wrench or the pegs, but I have encountered a couple of tuning pegs for which the wrench is too large. I think it's because they are cheap pegs and the corners are rounded off a bit, but whatever the reason the wrench doesn't work on them.It works on most pegs, but ideally I think the wrench socket could be just a tad bit smaller.

On time and it works.
Works flawlessly. The handle is a lovely earthtone good density plastic, which fits good feels right in the hand and doesn't look cheapy. I'd be more partial to a green opaque tint, yet the brown furniture is nice.
Stew-Mac used to sell a T-shaped pin tuner with a hardwood handle for about the same price, which I much prefer. This one does the job but the plastic handle isn't nearly as nice--in fact I usually crack it to remove it and replace with a hardwood or bamboo handle. Probably not a high-demand item, but still ...
