Acoustic Guitar Bridge Template

About This Item

Takes the guesswork out of making a bridge from scratch. Lays out bridge pin holes, too.

Here's one of our favorite Dan Erlewine inspired tools! This brass multi-template is perfect for checking your progress when shaping a Martin-style "belly" bridge from scratch. The edges are contoured for matching the top arch, back roundover, and wing contours. StewMac's Todd Sams suggested the handy locating holes for bridge pin spacings, too: modern 2-1/8" and pre-war 2-5/16" spreads.

Really handy

Glad I decided to grab this with my last order. Used it on a blank today, and was a really useful for copying a Martin bridge.

I had been meaning to make a wood one for some time now since seeing it in the trade secrets video, but for the price this purchase was a no brainer, and won't warp or chip as easily as wood.
