About This Item

A popular modern version of the Tune-o-matic for solidbody guitar. Saddles are pre-notched with individual saddle intonation screws retained by mini hex nuts.

New bridge with vintage appeal: distressed look of the Relic Nickel plating is perfect for repairing old guitars, when shiny new hardware just won't do.

About bridge & tailpiece measurements

Bridge and Tailpiece reference image

String spread is the distance between the centers of the outer strings on a bridge or tailpiece.

Saddle radius determines the arc formed by all the individual saddle heights, and is similar to the measurement of a fretboard.

Stud/post spacing is the distance between the centers of the mounting posts of a bridge or 'stop' tailpiece.

Used To Replace The Bridge From A 1970s Aria 5102T

By

This bridge worked well as a replacement bridge. This bridge fit the posts very snuggly and is exactly what my client wanted since he didn't like the original guitar's bridge. Unfortunately, since this bridge's 12" saddle radius doesn't match the original bridge saddle and fretboard radius of 7.25", I'll have to use nut files to modify each of the saddles down to a 7.25" radius.

Great 90’s Casino upgrade

By

I got this to upgrade the bridge on my 90’s Korean-made Epiphone Casino. It fits like a glove and is a nice, solid replacement. The intonation adjustment is longer, which is a big plus. Be advised you WILL need to have the string slots filed down.

Good plus more

Was doing a LP set up for a friend that had a sagging tuneomatic
This bridge put out the fire at hand and was an up grade from what was on there to begin.
And at an extremely reasonable price at that, and from SM :-)

New Bridge

Installed on Casino. Great improvement. Longer range of adjustment for intonation Used existing posts, screwed existing thumb wheels all the way down to give extra stability, and used new wheels to adjust height. Had to file slots wider & deeper to match up with strings

Super fit!

I bought this bridge to replace an existing bridge with a 12” radius on my 1970 Hondo Les Paul. Matched the gold plated tuners and old gold knobs. Can’t wait to set up shop for more work on my old guitars.
Thanks StewMac for all the access and assistance.
