To our friends and customers,

StewMac is committed to providing you the tools and supplies you need, even during these uneasy times. As the COVID-19 virus is impacting all of our lives, the health and safety of our employees is our greatest priority right now. So we ask for your patience and understanding as some orders may take a bit longer than normal.

Yes, you can still order online!
We are currently shipping orders. Aside from a small portion of our staff in the distribution center, everyone else is working remotely. For the health of those shipping orders, we are swapping out speed and efficiency for safety, for as long as necessary.

We are taking significant safety measures beyond what is recommended by the Ohio Department of Health and the CDC. All of these changes in our processes mean that we are not shipping as quickly as usual.

Customer Service is still available!
Our customer service team is working from home and available via email to offer you help and technical advice.

Tech Support is still available!
Tech Support is also available via email, but we apologize that the backlog of questions is quite long and response times may be slower than normal.

StewMac’s offices are temporarily closed.
While most of our staff is working remotely, our offices are currently closed due to Ohio’s mandatory Stay at Home order. We will resume normal operations after the order has been lifted.

We know these are unsettling and uncertain times, and we are here to help. We encourage you all to stay safe, spend time with family and enjoy spending some extra time with your instruments.
