Our chisel for carving and shaving guitar braces has a specially curved blade, 6-3/4" x 1/2." This curvature makes it easier to create the smooth curves needed for scalloped braces and tone bars with feathered ends. The chisel's shape fits and follows these inside curves.
It's also great for cleaning dried glue from the sides of the braces. This wooden-handled Japanese-style chisel features a high quality steel blade with 21-degree bevel.
