A great polish cloth but I run them through the washer first. They are cheap so buy a few then you can have a polish cloth, a fretboard cleaner cloth, a whatever cloth, and no worries about contamination.

it's soft and will polish guitars, but it will also snag\tear and leave fibers on your work if you're not careful. It works, just not as durable as I'd hoped it would be. The micro-fiber towels hold up a lot better.

I do not reccomend using it to wipe the fretboard when there are strings on as the strings tend to rip threads from the cloth...then ya have to get them out/off....but otherwise it's good.
For the price you cannot beat this.
These cloths are very soft and easy to work with. Gives a very smooth rub-out.
The cloth is soft but doesn't bring a good shine like even an old cotton t shirt does. The flannel does tend to fray a bit as well. It may benefit from a run through the washing machine.
