Diamond Fret Levelers

These are my favorite! Using the coarse, fine and extra fine in order on fret boards that are not too far out of whack. They also come in handy to sharpen other tools. Good quality and should last a long time. Highly reccomended.

Bought the course leveler. Does a great job with little effort. Can take a little material off by running it down with no pressure, just the weight of the leveler or add a bit of pressure for more material removal. I saw some people added a wooden handle or grip to it. Not a bad idea. I've been able to use it as is by wearing a pair of light weight rubber coated gloves. Grips it good and gives me more of a contact to the tool and frets, but hey its a whatever works for you world. Also great for sharpening and putting an edge on chisels and other tools. Well worth the $

Super-glue some scrap wood handle on them and you're off and filing (the little rubber pads do nothing).

325 coarse grit took tops of frets off quickly without being too aggressive for a first time level, crown & polisher like I was. Lead to a good low action job. Very happy with the product.

very useful for many jobs.

Have the 800 grit. Used it to shave of fret sprout, filing of edges on plastic details, and even sharpening broken chisels. All with excellent result. Why didn't I get one years ago?

Bought an old '74 SG with the worst possible fret job. Luckily it was fretted with jumbos, so with enough metal to work with, this guitar is now in excellent working condition!

I ordered both the 325 and 1800 for leveling and tool sharpening. They are flat and a good length for spot leveling or for leveling all the frets. You would find it hard to beat these for a really accurate fret job.

I use these fret levelers for sharpening my chisels. Works absolutely great!

i use it to bevel the frets and it's unbelievable how they do not wear out even after so much grinding back and forth on the sharpy fret ends.

i also like to level uneven frets just by dragging it over back and forth, with NO pressure but its own weight (800-grit). this way keeps the frets to flatten out too much, so they'd need a very light crowning job, then.
