Precision-shaped spruce
Shaped Dreadnought Brace Sets
These quartersawn spruce braces have the accurate underside curvature needed for a Dreadnought guitar. Click the photo to enlarge the view and you'll see the subtle curves and tapers are already there. They've been shaped and sanded by machine to save you hours of work. The back brace set includes five flat cross-grain spruce center strips.

The soundboard brace set has a curvature of a 28-foot radius, the back brace set has a 20-foot radius. These radiuses match our #4731 and #4732 Go-bar Clamping System radiused dishes.
