French Polishing for Guitarmakers 2.0

This is a very good video on how to French Polish......a must view for those that are just beginning to learn the art of French Polishing. Recommended to me by a luthier of fine mandolins...Debra Amesqua.

This is a good dvd for someone new to french polish. There's enough information and demonstration to get you set up right and execute the finishing process. I would value it at $29.

This a good, informative DVD on the process of French Polishing, but it offers nothing to address the specifics of this process as it relates to finishing instruments (which is why I bought it). Simply, it is the same as every other video that I've seen on FP, most of which are for furniture finishing, that are just as informative as this one, but at a much lower price.

If you are new to FP, then I would recommend this DVD, but if you are an experienced wood finisher like me, then you probably already have the info.
