I bought as set of these to go on the slot tuners of my 1981 Rickenbacker 12-string, which is old enough to have the original Klusons. I trimmed the collars to fit the slots, and they work perfectly.
These were a perfect fit for my vintage acoustic, not too tight, not too loose. Look original to the guitar. Can't beat the price either!

Don’t understand earlier posts. The ones I got fit perfectly. I even ordered some more.
Did not fit 1/4" holes. Also, one came damaged(I ordered 8 for a mandolin). Wish you guys stocked more varieties, as these didn't work for me.
These bushings did not fit over 1/4" tuner posts without my going at them with a reamer. There must have been some irregularities or burrs on the inside,they worked eventually, but I didn't expect to have to alter them in order for them to work. Also- on the top side, the rim is pretty narrow, which doesn't necessarily hide marks left by previous bushings with broader rims. If there had been any other gold bushings available (with a broader rim) I probably would have ordered them instead. I'm puzzled as to why Stew-Mac doesn't carry a few different types.
