The F-5 mandolin set includes profiled .040" clear plastic templates for the body and peghead, with etched centerlines. Locations for the F-holes, tone bars, pegholes and truss rod access hole are accurately stenciled, so you can quickly pencil the marks on the wood through the template. The tough plastic won't tear or crack, and the woodgrain is clearly visible for correct positioning.
