Allen Truss Rod Wrenches

This is a great wrench. The long handle combined with the ball head allows you to work comfortably even in Strat head stocks, which were always a challenge for me. With the strings on and using a regular wrench I always damaged the surrounding strings by struggling to release the wrench from the bolt due to string tension. Not the case with this wrench though, since the handle is far out.

The wrong size arrived and is useless in any of my guitars. I emailed and got a very unhelpful reply after spending a lot of money with the company. It may or may not have been my fault though as i cant remember what size i ticked but it should be clearer as to what fits what.They advised me to send it back which will cost me more than its worth anyway.I'm disappointed with stew mac and will probably move my business elsewhere.

Handle is big and shaft is long helping to avoid tuners during adjustment. Will order additional items in different sizes.

Well, they're pretty darn good! Such a simple design you wonder why no body thought of them before...I'll eventually wind up with the whole set and order them as I need them but they're the perfect length!

I bought this to use on my own guitars. The weather in Cleveland makes my guitar and bass necks move around constantly, so I'm always adjusting truss rods. The adjustment wrench allows tweeking the truss rods without having to move the strings.

Had a truss rod that would barely turn with a allen wrench. It was a piece of cake to turn with their truss rod wrench.
