TrueChannel Jig Replacement Parts
These replacement parts for our TrueChannel Binding Routing Jig can be bought in multiples to save production time! With additional router carriages, you can have any number of routers preset and ready to rout the binding channels you use frequently. And by adding body support blocks to your own plywood forms, you can create custom body carriages to hold unusual-sized instruments. For high-speed work set up up a number of body carriages for routing the tops and backs of models you work on repeatedly.

Router carriage #5655
Aluminum with smooth-gliding wheels. Fits most popular laminate trimmers. Includes brass mounting washers.
Attach each of your laminate routers to a router carriage. The aluminum carriage has smooth wheels that glide vertically on the TrueChannel Jig's support post (or create your own). Support post and brass stop not included.
Body support blocks #5656
Sliding body support blocks mount on a plywood form to create a body carriage that adjusts for any instrument. Plywood form sold separately.
Plywood form #5657
Buy additional plywood forms to set up for multiple instrument shapes. This is an exact replacement for the original that came with your TrueChannel Jig. When you add body support blocks (sold separately) , this creates a flexible body carriage that fits most guitars.
