Shape playing surface, or clamp glued frets!
These 4" radius-sanding blocks are for spot leveling frets or fingerboards when used with sandpaper. They create an accurate playing surface radius, quickly and without guesswork. For compound radii, change blocks as you progress along the fingerboard.

Each hardwood block is 4" (101.60mm) long and 2-3/4" (69.85mm) wide.

Tip: It's a great clamping caul for glue-in fret jobs, too.

The longer 8" Wooden Radius-sanding Blocks are better for consistent, full-fingerboard radius leveling.

For the professional shop we have the 18" long Aluminum Radius-sanding Beam for faster, and more precise shaping.

Cut and stick!
3M Stikit Gold Paper Self-adhesive Abrasives are the right width for our leveling and radius sanding tools. Attach 220/320-grit for fret leveling, and 80/120-grit for shaping the fingerboard.

Great!

Essential tools for sanding fingerboards and leveling frets. Used them on a compound radius fingerbord, and it turned out great.

Does the job!

Just finished levelling my frets tonight with this block. Was very easy, and put the correct radius on my frets.

I just need better sandpaper for the next job!

Good lord! I'll be out of a job if you keep selling these!

Wonderful product.

Awsome Tool!

Repairing the radius on my Strat was a breeze with this block. It sanded the neck true and perfect. I was able to use steel wool under it to smooth the neck for final finishing, and maintaining its radius to the end of the process.
