Aluminum Radius-sanding Beam
Creating a constant radius on an unfretted fingerboard, or leveling the installed frets, is short work with this unique new tool for the professional guitar shop. The specially shaped 18" long x 2-3/4" wide (457.2mm x 69.85mm) extruded aluminum block is comfortable to hold, and its stiffness and precisely machined radius assure accuracy that's not possible with a wooden block of the same length.

We designed this tool for a lifetime of use in the busy shop. Attach 220/320-grit Stikit[tm] 3M Gold Paper Self-adhesive Abrasives for fret leveling, and 80/120-grit for shaping the fingerboard.
Prefer to press-fit and epoxy your frets? It's the perfect one-step clamping caul for the job, saving you time and giving you more consistent results. Seven different radii are available, for popular fretboard shapes.
