We designed our Precision Router Base and accessories especially for stringed instrument work.
Eliminate guesswork
Each turn of the brass thumbwheel adjusts your cutting depth by precisely .035" (.889mm) and holds it at that setting. No guessing, no sloppiness. The twin handles give you excellent control for freehand and straight-line cuts.
Closeup work is easy, thanks to the router base's compact size and open view of the cutting area. This tool has the built-in nozzle for attaching an air tube to blow away dust.
The Precision Router Base is great for widening fret slots and routing for inlays. It also works with our jigs for routing bridge saddle slots and soundhole rosette channels.
Installation is easy
Unscrew the threaded plasic collar on the nose of the Dremel, and screw on the router base. Fits:
