Flush-cut Saw

Read 5 Reviews   |   Write a Review

Guitar work involves occasional flush-cutting jobs. For example, when relocating a hole for a tuning machine, bridge pin, bridge stud or mounting screw, a wooden dowel is usually required to plug the hole before redrilling. Here's the trimming tool to reach for when the glue is dry.

Our flush-cut saw features a thin 6-1/2" x 1-3/16" x .015" steel blade that's flexible. You can raise the handle for clearance, while keeping the blade flat to cut the dowel close to the surrounding surface.

This saw is compact, easy to handle, cuts on the pull stroke with 16 teeth per inch, and has a comfortable turned wooden handle.

Great Saw!

I had to replace a non-standard sized bridge and stop tailpiece on an ebay special. This saw worked perfect for trimming the excess wood on the plugs I used. Could not have done the repair job without the saw.

Flush-cut Saw

I defretted my bass guitar and used maple veneer to fill the slots. After gluing them in place, I used the saw to cut off the excess veneer strips at the radius of the fretboard. It worked perfect and I didn't gouge the fretboard like I was afraid I would do.

Right size

This saw is a great size, small and compact, easy to use, cuts cleanly. I use it all the time on small work.

Flush cut saw.

Works just as it should. Very sharp but wont mark faces while cutting off a dowel for example.

Nice tool

I bought it because I needed a couple of times in the past. The cost is very affordable and you will use it several times. Highly recommended
