Great quality but must pay attention to pick similar finish and grain. Can't use in the same instrument.
I will not buy again this expensive strip without checking color.
I found the Rosewood bindings to be precisely cut from straight grained wood that was very easy to heat bend.
I used the Cocobolo bindings on my latest Tenor uke (with Tasmanian Blackwood back/sides) and found them to be the usual excellent quality. No splitting or strange runout and the bwb cut really nicely for mitering.
Beautiful way to make the guitar look a Million bucks. High Quality
these are the best wood bindings I have worked with and the are priced competitively
nice but way too many expensive
Great flame , excellent quality
I think this is the best choice to improve the look of a guitar. You can't even compare this to plastic bindings! This bindings make the guitar a jewel!
I have used Stew Mac's Ebony, figured maple, curly koa and cocobolo bindings (all with either BWB or WBW trim)and ALL have been of excellent and consistent quality (pic is Tasmanian Tiger Myrtle soprano uke with ebony body bindings and Brazilian RW fingerboard bindings and 1mm MOP dots)
