April 25, 2008 I've just completed the violin which I made from your fiddle kit, and I'm extremely well pleased with it. |

February 22, 2008 I just finished building one of your fiddles. I couldn't wait to play it, so I strung it up without any varnish/finish whatsoever and it sounds absolutely beautiful, with strings that resonate with the slightest touch! I have played expensive violins, but this one takes the cake by far. I'm off to Ireland soon and will be doing sessions with this one for sure. |

February 7, 2008 Well, I've done it! I built a violin from your kit. I French-polished it and it looks beautiful. It sounds better than many violins I've played and owned over the years. I'm playing it tonight to my darling wife, who wanted to be the first to hear it. When the strings settle in I'll play Bruch's G Minor Concerto for her over a candlelit dinner. |
