When I cut my nuts Procut helps the file slide through like a hot knife through butter. This gives me a smoother cut and less wear on my tools. Great to avoid scratching frets when using a file. This stuff works, you can get by without it but it makes cutting/filing so smooth.
You might want to hold off and order this product in cool weather. This product shipped May 24, and it arrived leaking into the box. I assume it will still work.
