 Pictures
The black/white/black pickguard has a beveled edge to reveal the laminations, and the cream version has the original squared edge. Both have a gloss upper surface and countersunk screw holes.

Bracket is 2-1/4" x 1" (57.15mm x 25.40mm). Mounting hole is 3/4" (19.05mm) down the side of the bracket. The bracket top mounting slot is 1/8" x 1-1/8" (3.18mm x 28.58mm).

Replacement brackets also available in chrome and gold.

Color-matching Cream Parts and Bindings
There have always been slight variations in the color of the cream plastic parts used on Gibson and other guitars. It's not uncommon to see brand new and vintage guitars with bindings, pickup rings, toggle switch rings and pickguards that don't perfectly match in color. We do our best to match all our cream products, but there's no absolute control from batch to batch, or from supplier to supplier.

Fits perfectly!

Even though this axe is a Gibson copy, the pickguard fit absolutely perfectly! Didn't have to do anything other than put the screws in!

Not bad...

Didn't match the color of the pickup rings I ordered with it. Fit was a little off too, had to take the dremel and some sandpaper to it rather than drill another hole in my guitar. On second thought, I probably should have sent it back instead, oh well.

Not for vintage Les Pauls

Fit wasn't good - to much gap left in pickup areas, there was no bevel to edges - simply squared off edges, holes didn't line up at all, and color light beige not matching vintage creme. Maybe it's meant to be used on Epiphones or similar? Had to return this.

Fits Like A Glove

I've looked around at other sites, but always return to STEWMAC. The part fitted like a glove and was a perfect match. Even an amateur like me could fit it. All the parts were there and the quality was it's usual standard

Just About Perfect...

Works on my les paul studio, however, there is far more room between the neck pickup and pickguard than I expected. 4 stars for being almost perfect.

So close!

This pickguard is the perfect color of cream and cut. It looks just like a Historic pickguard. Unfortunately, it does not fit my Gibson USA Les Paul Traditional. I want to love this one, to give it 5 stars! Stewmac, please, whoever makes these for you, they just need a fitting adjustment to be perfect.

Nice item that didn't work for me

This is a nicely made pickguard that I would recommend for a new build or for someone that might be replacing both the pickguard AND the pickup surrounds. For me, I was retrofitting a Gibson Les Paul and the color of the pickguard was too dark to match the color of the original surrounds.

Fits, wrong color

NOT Gibson brand. Should specify that! Fits Gibson Les Paul, but does not match Gibson pick up rings. Color is too light...very noticeable. Will have to return.

Cream Pickguard

Les paul Pickguard fitted well and looks great!! I bought this one because it was cheaper than the other websites but it was just as good!! Highly recommend it
