Slotted Ebony Bridge Pins

I wanted the ebony pins with an abalone dot, to spruce up a new tenor guitar I had purchased. They work great and really enhance the sound. Just a bit of sanding, and I was in business. Thanks StewMac for great products.

Replaced original plastic pins on Martin HD 28. Had luthier friend enlarge holes slightly for snug fit. Immediate results of warmer tone. Should have done this years ago. High quality pins.

I replaced these with the cheap plastic bridge pins that came on two guitars: a Gibson J-200 and a Blueridge BR70. The tone improved greatly on both. The type of bridgepins you use matters. It only required a little sanding to make them fit in place. They look amazing and were a great price. Stew-mac did it again!

The fit was perfect and the enriched quality of my guitars sound was well worth the price of these great looking pins. I replaced the plastic pins and now I'm strumming in style! Thanks for always being there Stewart-MacDonald.

These ebony bridge pins did the trick on a customer's Simon & Patrick. The guitar had been in a garage for at least a year, and needed work. So, out went the plastic bridge pins. I was going to use my material, KeraTone, but they wanted a less expensive alternative. These pins did improve harmonics and volume. They are not for every guitar, as I found out, the S&P pin holes had to be re-tapered. Once that was done, they hold the strings down without getting stuck.

Looked great and worked as advertised.

I ordered a set of these with Abalone dots. Look more like imitation Pearl.

Très belle finition , monté sur ma Martin 00028 en engelmann l ' ébène adoucit le son et le rend moins agressif ,par rapport à l ' os ,et donne une belle réverbération .

I put these on a Fender 'starter' guitar DG-8 along with a Tusq Saddle (replacing stock plastic pins) and the sound is 1,000% better!
