No woodworking, gluing, plugging, redrilling or reaming—the NoJak endpin fits the same 1/2"-diameter hole. The Allen-adjustable expansion sleeve gives a secure fit. And if you ever decide to plug in again, swapping back to your strap jack is no big deal.

Guitarmakers: The NoJak endpin lets you drill the same hole size for all your acoustic and acoustic-electric models, with no additional reaming or tapering.

Redesign

Worked well, I have big hands could not put it in.
Had to get a little lady to do it
redesign it and put screw outside
then a white plug covers the screw

No Fuss, No Muss, NoJak

Working in a repair shop in a music store, I get occasional trade ins where the customer has kept the pickup system, or we have valued the pickup system and guitar as seperate items, ineveitably it usually leaves me with a guitar that HAD an endpin jack, and no electronics to install. Previously i just replaced the jack, but that left our customers asking why the electronics didn't seem to work (of which there were none!) The Nojak is a simple elegant solution that I am glad to have available. Only problem being that it can be a little difficult to install, but that is more of an issue with my gorilla sized hands and longshoreman forearms not fitting easily into a soundhole! Overall, I love the product, bought a supply for the shop and have reccomended it to many customers... Good one guys! P.S. With a nice long T-handle allen wrench, install will be a snap (on my next order!)

NoJak no sweat

A member of Larrivee forums recommended I get a NoJak end-pin for my Larrivee L-03R to replace its threaded end-pin, which, though convenient for a sound-hole pu,is a hassle to reinstall once the pu is removed.

The NoJak end-pin comes a little oversized, which makes sense because end-pin holes probably vary slightly from guitar to guitar, and much better to have the diameter a shade too big rather than too small. A slightly too large diameter can be reduced, but a too small diameter simply won't fit. Better to err on the side of too large.

I took a piece of very fine grit sandpaper,320,wrapped it around the end-pin and sanded just a bit. Presto, the NoJak end-pin slipped in the Larrivee, no probs. The whole operation took maybe five minutes. And now it is very easy to either install or remove the pu.

NoJak solution for $10

Well designed product to easily solve the end pin dilemma. Still requires some "fitting". I'd like to see some dot options, and a little more vintage appearance of the plastic pin. But it works great for the price!

Like the previous reviewer said, I needed to sand the outer sleeve, more than a bit. Overall it was a great idea to develop this kind of device, which helped my situation perfectly!
thanks

NoJak Endpin . . .

Worked out great. I needed to sand the outer sleeve a bit, then tapped it in the back of the guitar.
