Behlen Ground Hide Glue

I've always preferred hide glue for wood projects, but I've experimented with most of the other glues on the market.

Hide glue is simply the best for working on instruments. It sets fast, strong and clear. It seems to crystalize in a way that modern resin glues do not. I believe that this contributes to the tone and resonance of a good guitar.

Behlen's Hide Glue is consistent, and is the best ground hide glue I've come across and the price is more than reasonable. Give it a shot!

Didn't know what i was missing tell i tried it best glue for bridge repair. if it was good enough for Gibson it sure is for me. Love it.

excellent quality, glues is very powerful, but you need experience, we have to work very quickly

A friend just bought an ibenez acustic and one of her students cracked the neck at the head. I took it home and was going to try some slow curing epoxy, then i went to your archives and found a crack repair just like the one i was facing. So i followed the repair in your archive and ordered some hide glue. The repair went perfect. You can't tell there was ever a crack. The ooze wiped right off with a damp rag. I felt guilty it was so easy.
