Use our hardwood sanding blocks as fret levelers, with 220 through 400-grit Stikit self-adhesive abrasives. With 80 through 220-grit Stikit, they're used for shaping fingerboards. They apply a radius quickly, accurately and without guesswork. For compound radii, change blocks as you progress along the neck.

This 4" block is used for spot leveling, and can also be used as a radiused clamping caul when gluing frets. The longer 8" blocks are better for consistent, full-fingerboard radius leveling.

Each hardwood block is 4" (101.60mm) long and 2-3/4" (69.85mm) wide.

What's your radius?
Quickly find the curvature of a fingerboard or bridge with a set of radius gauges. Use them frequently to check your work as you smooth or shape a fingerboard or frets: a quick visual check keeps you from accidentally altering the shape—a mistake that's easy to make and hard to fix.

Cut and stick!
3M Stikit Gold Paper Self-adhesive Abrasives are the right width for our leveling and radius sanding tools. Attach 80 through 220-grits for radiusing and leveling the fingerboard, and 220 through 400-grits for leveling the frets.

Works Great

Works great for quick leveling and radiusing of frets. Saves a lot of time and guess work when using straight blocks for the same application. Pictured is an ibanez 12 string in for a fret leveling. -Matt Dreher

Great product!

But I really miss blocks for 15" radius and a 430mm block for Ibanez fretboards. As I own several Ibanez a 430mm block would be awesome!

4" Radius Blocks

I love these radius blocks. There small enough to go over the higher frets where you need 'fall off'.

4" Radius Block

I like to glue my frets in, so I use the 4" radius blocks as clamping caul. I use both the 12" and 16" radius. The blocks are maple and stand up to clamping pressure very well. The frets in the guitar and bass (pictured) were glued using the 12" radius block. Gary Stevens
