Narrow Fretwire

I needed narrow fret wire for a new banjo build. Stew mac always has what I need in stock with fast shipping. Had ordered elsewhere but my order never arrived. Will stick with stew mac.

Your fretwire did an outstanding job of restoring the neck of my 1920's banjolele. The old brass frets were way to low for the action and taller frets made life easier. I would like a longer tang.

A customer specified this fretwire for an electric guitar he wanted me to build, and it eventually worked out great.

If you plan on using this fretwire with an ebony fingerboard you probably need to shave some width of the tang barbs. I had to give up after only a few frets on an ebony board I had bought here too. I couldn't get them seated properly. The barbs on the tang was too wide for the very hard wood. Fret Barber to the rescue tho and the job was easy!
