ColorTone Touchup Markers

I was disappointed that the product was just a magic marker. It also looked very dull.

These things come in handy, not just for touching up scratches in old guitars, but in evening out finishing blunders. I even made a passible tortoise binding to replace a 3/4 inch missing section. I used the tobacco brown, the cherry red and the red mahogany with layers of super glue and a lot of sanding.

I received a "gifted" Guitar that had a small flaw in the Body. A dent so I used a clear touchup marker and after 3 fills, its basically gone.. you have to look through a Loupe to see it! Good stuff!

I love these markers. I ordered the tobacco and red mahogany markers to do some touch up on a fiddle (scarring around the bridge feet). This is so much more convenient than past methods. I ended up spending a whole night doing touch-up on a fleet of fiddles and banjos. I highly recommend these.

These are really excellent. Easy to use, and a life saver for minor dings and imperfections, or just to "age" a new part with a hint of amber.

So glad I got them! The amber and tobacco brown get regular use in my shop. More shades of the amber pen would be amazing!

I have had a lot of trouble matching the clear red lacour on the less expensive Samick Guitars, so I purchased a Cherry Red Touch Up Marker. This is finally the answer!! Made fixing the fractures and missing finish around a lifted bridge a simple fix. with a little care you can make a nearly perfect repair. I have already purchased the Black and the clear and have had great success with quick repairs! I will be buying the rest of the colors soon. This is a money maker!

Whether you're painting guitars or doing repairs on nitro finish, these are pretty darned handy touch-up markers. Get several colors.

This has been my favorite purchase from SM . Its really great for aging white bindings , nuts, anything white. also, its better NOT to store this pen with the top facing down.

i was using one of these pens and the tip fell right out of the pen, creating a far worse mess than the bonk i was repairing.
