Precision spraying for large and small finishing jobs

Spray Guns

High quality siphon-feed spray guns at prices any individual builder or small shop can afford. The 8-ounce gun is perfect for spraying lacquer or waterbase finishes for smaller jobs, and especially handy for spraying stains for shading and sunbursting. The larger capacity cup on the 1-quart gun means less refilling between coats when finishing guitars and larger instruments — ideal for builders.

Instructions
These guns are a great value! They're individually tested by the manufacturer to produce proper spraying patterns, and to be leak-free.

5436 Touch-up Spray Gun
A quality 8-ounce siphon-feed spray gun at a price any builder or small shop can afford. It's perfect for spraying lacquer or waterbase finishes for smaller jobs, and great for spraying stains for shading and sunbursting. It has an overhead trigger and 1.6mm medium-flow stainless steel nozzle with adjustable horizontal/vertical spray pattern. This gun requires a 1/4" air hose with fitting and regulator, and a compressor capable of 1.5 cfm at 90 psi. We recommend 35 psi for spraying lacquer, 45 psi for waterbase finish, and 60 psi for stains.

5436-K Rebuild kit for touch-up gun includes washer and packing.

5437 Production Spray Gun
A sturdy siphon-feed gun with a 1-quart aluminum cup and medium-flow 1.8mm nozzle. It's ideal for instrument builders and repair shops; the larger capacity cup means less refilling between coats when finishing guitars and larger instruments. The air valve and horizontal/vertical spraying pattern are fully adjustable. This gun requires a 1/4" air hose with fitting and regulator, and a compressor producing at least 3 cfm at 90 psi. We've had excellent results spraying lacquer at 30 psi, and waterbase finish at 40 psi.

5437-K Rebuild kit for production spray gun includes springs, clips and washers.

Always wear a respirator mask when spraying!
