ColorTone Concentrated Liquid Stain
Easy to use and extremely versatile! Reduce with water or alcohol to create beautiful transparent fade-resistant colors for bare wood. For a handsome tinted finish, you can also add stain to clear lacquer, shellac, waterbase finishes, or catalyzed varnishes or lacquers.

To use as a wood stain: To reduce, use a ratio of 2 oz. dye per 2 qts. solvent (water or alcohol). Increase or decrease solvent ratio to suit need. Apply by spray, rag, brush or sponge. Let dye completely dry, then top coat with selected finish. Do not store solution in metal containers. Not for exterior use.
To use as a finish toner: Add concentrate directly (in any amount up to 1 oz. per qt.) to shellac, solvent lacquers, water-based finishes or catalyzed varnishes or lacquers.
CAUTION: Wear rubber gloves, respirator and goggles during use. Avoid inhaling vapors. contains organic dyestuff(s), glycol ethers.
WARNING: Tobacco Brown and Vintage Amber contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
FIRSTAID: If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Seek immediate medical attention. For eye contact rinse with flowing water for 15 minutes and seek medical aid. For skin contact, wash material off immediately. If skin irritation persists, contact a physician.
