Menzerna Compounds

You can't find a better buffing compound than Menzerna.....I use the fine (#3167) and it does a fantastic job!....both with Lawrence McFadden and Mohawk nitro!....and I have been buffing guitars since 1973!

Have been using them for a while. These German bars are the best way for you to get real shiny finish easily.

Nice easy to use product works well on 2k finishes also. I restrain my rating to 4 star because I find that the newer compounds are not as effective as the older ones. These seem to work better if you keep them for some years prior to use.????

What a difference in gloss on my final product (compared to my old polishing compounds) after I switched to the Menzerna. Wish I'd done it sooner. What are you waiting for?

Really puts a shine on dulcimer finishing. Used on Mahogany, Walnut, and Maple. What this stuff and a buffing arbor does to Maple is artistry.

Great stuff. Highly recomended. Check out the pic I posted. The Seagraves gloss and Menzerna compounds are a great combo.

A good product

I've tried so many compounds. Mostly due to cheaper prices. As usual you get what you pay for. These are worth the price.

The Menzerna Fine and Extra Fine buffing compounds work great. A mirror finish is achievable in very little time. See attached pic of a vintage 1964 Fender Mustang guitar I restored. I removed the original finish and then refinished using Seagrave vinyl sealer, ColorTone red lacquer tint, and Seagrave lacquer.
